In the living room, the Catalan vaulted ceilings have been left exposed, adding an authentic and characterful atmosphere. Additionally, one of the walls has been left with exposed brick, and meticulous work has been done to recover the Nolla mosaic and the hydraulic tiles, which were in very poor condition and hidden under the old flooring.
The layout has been optimized to adapt to the family’s lifestyle, prioritizing functionality and comfort.
The master bedroom has been transformed into an intimate suite with a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and small workspace. Additionally, the home features two children’s bedrooms, an additional bathroom, a laundry room, and a second quiet and comfortable office space for working.
