With regard to materials and equipment (appliances, sanitary fixtures, furniture, etc.), a legal warranty of 3 years applies from the date of delivery, with an initial period of 2 years during which it is not necessary to prove the origin of the defect. In addition, manufacturers are required to guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years.
