1. Initial contact
We listen to your needs, answer your questions and analyse the scope of the project to understand how we can help you.
2. Site visit and information gathering
We carry out a visit with our specialists to assess the existing condition of the space, take measurements and, above all, understand your priorities and requirements.
3. Preliminary project
We present several layout options and, once a proposal has been selected, we prepare an initial detailed cost estimate based on the technical possibilities of the space and your needs.
4. Technical project
Once the estimate has been approved, we create 3D renders of the spaces and develop the final technical project. Every aspect is defined in detail: layout, installations, materials, finishes, etc. ensuring the project is executed with precision, control, and no room for improvisation.
5. Construction phase
With the project underway, we take care of planning and coordinating all works and contractors involved, as well as managing the necessary permits and licences.
6. Decoration and styling
If included in the project, we take care of the final decoration by selecting furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative elements to create a cohesive , balanced space ready to be enjoyed.
