The goal of this project was to create a homely atmosphere in a new build apartment and to capture the style and personality of the owning couple.
To achieve this, the first phase involved changing the original parquet flooring, the paint colour, and modifying some installations to suit the proposed furniture layout in the design.
A Scandinavian style was chosen, creating a functional and attractive environment with a clean and orderly appearance. The predominant colours were white and greys, mainly used in wall and ceiling paint, textiles, and furniture, enhancing brightness and visual spaciousness. The wood present in the furniture and parquet flooring added warmth, while black accents, typically in iron structures for tables, chairs, lamps, etc., provided contrast and character to the space.
A standout feature is the headboard in the master bedroom, constructed with plasterboard. A horizontal niche lined with wood melamine was created at the top, and the lower part was covered with the same parquet slats used on the floor.
In the bathrooms, the existing ceramic tiles were retained, but everything else was part of the project: black faucets, wood laminate furniture, countertop sinks, shower screen, etc.
Another highlight is the custom-made closet in the entrance hall, fully integrated into the original space, providing extra storage.
Finally, the terrace, which plays a significant role in the project, was furnished with pieces from Kave Home, including a selection of air plants from Boreen.
Other important brands and suppliers we want to mention are: Tegar Mobel, Sklum, Unibaño, Tres, Cosmic, Eqho, Serveis Tèxtils, Somcasa, Egger, and Nordic Nest.
