1. Initial contact
We listen to your needs, answer your questions and analyse the scope of the project to understand how we can help you.
2. Information gathering and site visit
We gain a deeper understanding of your style and objectives. We visit the property and take measurements or, if this is not yet possible, we work with plans and documentation provided (developer plans, specifications, etc.).
3. Design proposal
We develop a proposal with 3D renders where we define the layout, finishes and custom-made furniture that structures the space. We refine it with you until the core concept is fully approved.
4. Budget and technical development
We prepare a detailed budget and develop the technical drawings required to adapt the project, including the design of custom-made furniture for production and any necessary modifications to installations.
5. Decoration and styling
We select freestanding furniture, lighting and decorative elements that complete the space, bringing coherence, balance and personality to the overall design.
6. Planning and execution
We have a specialised technical team that coordinates contractors, manages orders and plans the works to carry out the project from start to finish until final delivery.
